Join us Tuesdays 10:45-11:30am for eight weeks starting July 2nd for the ultimate kids fitness class.
Imagine a kids gym class you’d actually like to attend! This class will teach balance, coordination and basic fundamentals of strength your kids can continue to develop as they grow into incredible athletes.
Coach Brooke has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and working with children for over 20 years. She loves anything to do with the outdoors and moving her body to get physically and mentally stronger. She has taught numerous group fitness classes to both children and adults, as well as trained for three half marathons and other races ranging from 5 – 15 km. Brooke enjoys working with families and children to help inspire and empower them to take their health into their own hands. By giving them opportunities to learn and practice new skills (balance, co-ordination, agility, and other gross motor skills) through games and challenges, Brooke brings a fun and positive approach to fitness.
The recommended age for this class is 6-10 however, kids from ages 4-11 are welcome because siblings should never be left out! This program is limited to 10 athletes.
$145 for an 8 week session. $120 for children of CFM members.
