Active Turtle Yoga
Join us for 8 weeks of Yoga Wednesdays at 10:45-11:45am. The program starts July 3rd and runs until August 21st.

Welcome to your practice. Get ready to tear down obstacles of the mind and body. At Active Turtle it is believed that getting yourself back needs Samaya (commitment/time), Dhairya (patience/calmness), Dhriti (determination/will), Kula (community of the heart.) This eight week series will help foster a stronger mind/body connection that will help benefit your CrossFit journey or just life in general.

CrossFit Kids
Join us Tuesdays 10:45-11:30am for eight weeks starting July 2nd for the ultimate kids fitness class.

Imagine a kids gym class you’d actually like to attend! This class will teach balance, coordination and basic fundamentals of strength your kids can continue to develop as they grow into incredible athletes.

Coach Brooke has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and working with children for over 20 years. She loves anything to do with the outdoors and moving her body to get physically and mentally stronger. She has taught numerous group fitness classes to both children and adults, as well as trained for three half marathons and other races ranging from 5 – 15 km. Brooke enjoys working with families and children to help inspire and empower them to take their health into their own hands. By giving them opportunities to learn and practice new skills (balance, co-ordination, agility, and other gross motor skills) through games and challenges, Brooke brings a fun and positive approach to fitness.

The recommended age for this class is 6-10 however, kids from ages 4-11 are welcome because siblings should never be left out! This program is limited to 10 athletes.

$145 for an 8 week session. $120 for children of CFM members.

Lumberjacked
Join us for an eight week series that is going to make you stronger. Based on conjugate methods, Coaches Scott and DK will be working together twice a week for a hands on, effective series.

If weights scare you a little this is the series to get confident.
And if you love weights this is the place to lift heavy weights and achieve PRs.
We can guarantee you will be able to bring the shopping in from the car in one trip.

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm
July 2nd to August 22nd.

This series is limited to 12 spots and will sell out.

Run Club
Let’s be honest. Just because you can use a hammer doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be doing your own carpentry. We feel the same applies to running! There are techniques and skills to learn to run efficiently and safely. This program is for all those runners out there who want to protect their knees and PR their next race. If it’s a casual 5k or a marathon this six week program will help you run better.

All classes will be run outside, some may be a short drive from the gym. If it is raining heavily, the class will be cancelled and moved to the week after.

Six week program on Sunday starting July 7th at 8am. $150 or $125 for CFM members. Limited to 10 athletes.
